Does anyone use Splosh for laundry products? I have placed an order and haven't received it 8 days later. Can anyone confirm they have had a good experience with this company recently? TIA

I use them for a lot of cleaning products but not laundry stuff!

Usually very prompt delivery but it might take longer for your first one as presumably you've ordered bottles not just refills?

Customer service has always been good for me so might be worth a message.

Oh that's disappointing, I thought you were referring to a new F&B paint I've yet to sample. 😒

Have just heard back from them that they are experiencing high volumes of orders and a backlog due to the bank holiday. Hopefully they will dispatch tomorrow.

Are you happy with the products you use?

I'm getting the laundry powder and some glass cleaner. I normally use Smol but the laundry pods are making my washing machine smell. I don't think they cope well at low temperatures.

@Tinydogssitter how did you get on with Splosh in the end?

Tinydogssitter · 29/08/2024 11:50

@JumpstartMondays they messed me around a bit with delays to the order and saying things weren't in stock but once the products arrived I was very happy with them. Haven't yet placed a second order.

Bumping an old thread to ask of others noticed that Splosh seems to be sold out of loads of their products, wondering if they're having issues?

Tinydogssitter · 21/03/2025 16:57

Yes, I emailed them recently about a subscription order that was due but is shown as out of stock. They just said they were waiting on more stock. Seems a regular occurrence - I had to cancel because it's not reliable enough which is a shame as I like the products.

I had the same problem a few years ago , deliveries delayed, sometimes by nearly two weeks .
Plus they'd sub the scents so I gave up on them .
I would of hoped that with all the newer online cleaning products available they'd upped their game but it seems not

Yeah, only the lavender kitchen cleaner is in stock and I find it too floral for the kitchen. Time for a new supplier I think.

ASNQuery · 22/03/2025 13:26

They’ve now got a banner on their site apologising for being out of stock. Time to switch I expect!

ASNQuery · 30/04/2025 07:26

They’ve sorted themselves out, finally. Got a notification my refill is now on its way.

Appears they’re having a hiatus, per this message on their website:

Splosh Update – October 2025
To all our wonderful customers, thank you for your custom and support over the past years.
We love our business and love our products, but it has been a difficult year here at Splosh HQ. We have made decisions, some good, some bad all of which have impacted on our service level to you. We are sorry if during the year we have let you down.
Personally, as Directors we have had an awful year. We have been plagued with health issues, a diagnosis of a debilitating illness for Louisa, a bereavement, weeks in hospital due to a fall and broken leg plus a house move. The damage to our mental health as a result, has meant that some mornings getting out of bed and putting our socks on has felt like an achievement.
It is clear that we cannot continue in this way, and it only lets you down more and makes us feel worse for letting you our brilliant customers down. As such we have decided to put Splosh on hold (in hibernation if you like) for a short period. This will allow us the time to heal ourselves, review what Splosh was/is and should be. During this time, we will still have some of our wonderful products available to you our customers and we hope in time to meet both our and your expectations for the business in the very near future.
Louisa & Steve Cox
