Cable spaghetti help! If your bedside is organised how do you do it?

We don't have enough sockets so there are 2 on DH side.

We have 2 x 4 way extensions running off each.

They are sort of screwed into our bedside cabinets but often fall off / generally look a bit shit plus there's just cables EVERWHERE gathering dust

Mine:
Teasmaid (yes, I know, I'm #winningatlife)
Bedside lamp
Multi 3 x USB plug: mini USBC, apple, Garmin watch

His:
Toothbrush charger
Apple plug
Lamp
2 x actual USB slots for watch and phone

Anyone got any clever gadgets / solutions for this??

Rather than the 4 way adapter, how about something like this? We use them successfully

That could improve things as a lot of the plugs are just for USBs. I wonder if there's something similar but where the cord comes from underneath so it would look more streamlined if I wall mounted it
