How often do you all deep clean your house, top to bottom?
I'm currently a SAHM, and manage to keep on top of the day to day stuff but anything more than that proves difficult with DD under my feet all day and then her big brothers home after school. We're clean and tidy on the surface but the deeper stuff just isn't done regularly.
I'm due to start a new job, term time only, and wondering whether it's worth my while to arrange childcare for all kids for one day at the end of every school holidays and do a Big Deep Clean, to then just try and keep on top of it in the weeks between.
Anyone else do this? Any suggestions of things to go on a deep clean list would be great too 
I've started one for each room so I can just tick off as I go!
