Hi all. I own a newish flat that has a heat detector fitted right near the cooking area. It’s sooooo sensitive especially when the air fryer is on & driving me insane. Feels impossible to cook a simple quick meal. I’ve now ended up putting a fan on top of my kitchen cupboards to blow away the heat which actually helps but obviously is not practical and a complete EYESORE!!!!!
Is anyone in building / regulations able to help point some info my way with what I can do - is it a requirement if I own the flat. I want to disconnect the damn thing!!!!
