Hi, I just bought some drawers at auction and they came with these in them. Does anyone have any idea what they are/are for? It's making me itchy just thinking about them but I know i am a total wimp :-S

PinkMildred · 01/04/2024 11:52

Moth repellent?
Thats the only thing I can imagine being in drawers of clothes tbh.

Sorry, slow typer. I see I’m late to the party 😂

Thanks so much and that's what the thought they may be. Don't suppose you know if there is any chance the moths could travel with/in the merry drawers? Trying to work out if I should hold of putting clothes in them and do anything specific cleaning wise.

There’s a chance the moth lava could still be there as the moth repellants are showing as empty.

just give them a good vacuum out and a wipe with a barely damp cloth.

if you’re planning on storing wool in them, then cedar wood is an excellent moth repellant and smells great too.
