dd's double-glazed window makes a wailing noise if it is windy

We have that too - it's called the window monster in our house.

Cappuccino · 28/03/2008 10:52

can they sleep through the window monster?

ours is loud

even my 3 year old this morning said 'That would wake me UP'

If it starts when they are dropping off, they make a fuss but sleep through it if they are already asleep.

Cappuccino · 28/03/2008 11:53

they don't wake at 4am moaning about it and not go back to sleep?

southeastastra · 28/03/2008 12:51

listen to where the whistling comes from then just tape the edges.

Cappuccino · 28/03/2008 13:07

Ours does it sometimes and I love it makes me feel all cosy and protected while the wind and rail howl around the house.
