Hey everyone , I have a four bed three bath house to clean this weekend as my tenancy is running out . How long would you say this clean would take me , I want it to sparkle 😂

It took two people six hours to do my five bed three bath. So 12 hours for one person

My landlord still disputed some of it.

How much did they charge for something like that @Octavia64 I'm still debating getting someone to do it

I was going to say 6 hours to get it to end of tenancy level cleanliness

My end of tenancy cleaners charge about £450 to clean my 3 bed 2 bath property. They include the inside and outside of all windows and a conservatory. Everything is deep cleaned including carpets. It takes 2 guys 7 hours.

I've recently used a company for an end of tenancy cleaning of my 2 bed flat. I managed to gather some offers and theirs were by far the best one in terms of what you get for the money. I paid £189 for my 2 bed. You can check their prices on the website they are quite transparent: end of tenancy prices

Have you factored in carpets, oven, curtains, windows inside and out, garden condition? Will it be completely empty before you begin?
