Can anyone give an honest review?

I am looking for a cordless for upstairs in my house in the hope it will encourage me to hoover up there and the stairs more often.

My aunt has one. It's easy to use, she has a cat and it's also great at lifting cat fur from her floors. She is very happy with it.

Is that hard floor? Thanks

No it's carpet. Not sure how it is on hard flooring sorry.

I've had one for a while. Prior to that had a similar Dyson one.

Good points: battery life is excellent, quick charging, mess free emptying. Excellent customer service. We had a minor problem with the hoover head and they immediately sent a replacement under guarantee.

Bad points: doesn't always pick up all the bits/pet hair, especially when the pod is getting full. It's hard to change from the main hoover head to the pointy tool as the catch is ridiculously hard to operate. It's heavier/bulkier than the Dyson - which isn't a problem for me but might be for others.

Overall I'm pretty happy with it.

My sister has one and says it’s the best vacuum she’s ever had and she’s had them all - Dyson , gtech , shark etc . She uses it on carpets and hard floors has cats and litter .

These are definitely making me want to get one. Thanks all!

I assume you are talking about the Henry Quick (cordless stick vac) rather than the cordless version of the normal cylinder Henry? The Quick is brilliant and far more vacuuming gets done here than before because it's so light. I agree with a PP about the awkward catch on the floor tool though. We have a mix of carpets and hard floor and it's great on both.

Henry quick is amazing. You will WANT to hoover with it

I didn’t realise there was both! Just googled and yes I mean the Quick.

I can never be bothered lugging the Shark upstairs but if I had a cordless up there I think I’d do it more often and same with the stairs.

It’s the Quick that my sister has . We have vacuums ( cordless) on both floors and it does encourage you to vac round more often
