Anyone know what this is?

Hello,

Our chest freezer has just started leaking out of a small circle cover on the side at the bottom. It's not the drain and from what I can see it isn't connected to the drain. It's not actually listed on the manual diagram so I have no idea what's going on.

Any ideas? It's the circle cap I've circled in red on the picture.

Can you remove it? I think it might be the drainage cover for when you defrost the freezer. I’m assuming it’s a chest freezer from the photo. Ignore that, I hadn’t read all your post. Sorry.
