Brushed cotton/flanalette bedding

I've got a yearning for brushed cotton (or is it flanalette?) bedding.
There's a few around at the moment but I'm wondering, what do they wash like?
Do they stay soft and snuggly? Are the new ones any comparison to the ones we had in our childhood?
If so, have you got any?
Where did you buy from?

My favourite thing for the winter! After buying lots of different ones, we always get John Lewis brushed cotton as it stays snuggly and is a good weight

@CMOTDibbler that's great, thank you. I'm going to buy one right this second 😁

Got some winter scene ones from Primark 2023, love them still

I only have brushed cotton duvet covers etc - find normal cotton too cold.
I've had good sets from M&S & Sainsbury's; bad ones from Aldi & Asda.
Wash fine - the better quality ones will wash better. However, I did spend an incredibly satisfying time debobbling a brushed cotton sheet (very sad, but very satisfying to see it transformed from sand paper to smooth!)

Belledorme is good and doesn't bobble ( or hasn't yet).

Best ones I have found are from John Lewis, much softer than M&S. Wash really well.
