Ceramic hob cleaner

I last had a ceramic hob 20 years ago. In those days you had to use a special ceramic hob cleaner that was only available at John Lewis, and a non abrasive sponge.

Since then it seems things have changed and there are lots of products available. Can someone please recommend a product that will leave my hob sparkling, but won't damage it?

I think it’s called hob brite - orange bottle - like Cif. You certainly used to be able to get it in Tesco and Sainsbury’s! Hope that helps? I remember the John Lewis one way back too!

For about 10 years I only bought this product but it seems you can't get it from the supermarket any more. Only from Amazon.

Thank you. The John Lewis one seems no longer available and it seems that there are tons of hob cleaning products now. I'll try the astonish one.

I've got the Astonish one now. It's fine.
