Robot vacuum or cordless?

I'm replacing my beloved Henry hoover (takes up too much space...)

It's a 2-bed flat.

No pets but might get a cat in the future

My dream is a robot vacuum but not sure if they're any good?

Friend recommended Gtech cordless

I love my robot hoover. She buzzes around every day and I come home to clean floors. Make sure you keep the floor clear though - I lost mine one day and she was in a paper bag out of battery.
