Cleaner - how frequent?

We have a 150m2 four bedroom, two bathroom terrace flat with a living room and kitchen. I should add that three is the bedrooms are not used frequently as we have a baby but the baby sleeps with us in our room. I am working full time in a very intense job and my husband also works. I ideally would love someone to do a clean and also look after our clothes (washing, putting away). We have a clothes drier. How long and how frequently do you think we need someone?

If neither of you work from home once a week might be ok for cleaning - 2 to 3 hours depending how tidy you are

but to manage the laundry flow twice a week might be better - 2 hours x 2 - if you have ironing to do, they can probably fill that time - if not, then do you have enough clothes to last you week to week - and just get them in 3 hours a week
