Two dishwashers? Is that just greedy?

Our kitchen sink is in a really annoying place. The room is open plan to the dining area and the sink is right on the divide!
hence I get annoyed if there are large pans etc waiting to be washed up as they are so visible.
im thinking of getting an additional sink put in the back of the kitchen away from the divide. Or, just thought, I could get a slimline dishwasher for pots and pans? Or is that just silly? We have a standard sized dishwasher already.

I’m not against extra appliances, I have two ovens and extra fridge and freezer for storage but it’s never occurred to me to have more than one dishwasher, I tend to clean as I go so never really run out of space. I’d have two washing machines in a heartbeat though!

Do it!
I had dishdrawers for this very reason

I have a slimline and a standard and my only regret is not having two standard size when I had a new kitchen last year. My DH was not keen but was an instand convert. The slimline actually cost less than the cupboard which would have gone there instead.
