A tree overhangs my garden. It's in a conservation area so I am only allowed to lop off branches that overhang my garden. I have done this a couple of times. The pigeons now sit in branches that are very, very high up i.e. don't directly impact the light or risk touching my home.
The fuckers shit in my garden, which is paved. It's splattered right near the back gate (obviously!). I regularly go out and swill down and sweep it away. This isn't too arduous when it's wet, but if it's dry and if I don't keep on top of it, it's horrible. Is there anything I can do? Within the law!
