Light rings on Ikea island worktop

Hello everyone, I have this Ikea island/bench and the wood effect has a couple of light coloured ring marks probably from hot pans or maybe water, not sure. It’s pretty hardy so I’m guessing it must be heat that did it… but I could well be wrong.

is there anything I can do to remove the marks? Any advice or tips gratefully received…

This stuff got rid of rings on my worktops no problem, would be worth a try maybe. It smells heavenly too.

I have successfully used WD40 to remove mug rings from an oak table. So maybe that would be worth a try. Just spray it on, let us soak a minute or so, then buff it heavily with a soft cloth. I had to repeat this 3 or 4 times on my table. But I have to look really hard to find any trace of the marks now. GL
