How do I clean this shower head?

Help! I've used Killrock limes ale cleaner which has only removed the pink scum.
Green and white deposits still there (see photo)
Anyone know how to remove this? Tia

Stick it in a bag of vinegar and soak it. The green I think is corrosion rather than limescale though.

Soak on vinegar or full sugar cola 🙂

Soak in anything acidic - vinegar, coke, lemon juice etc.
