Cleaning Kitchen window blinds which has light oil stains

How can I clean the kitchen window blinds that have slight oil stains from cooking splatters?

Are they fabric blinds?
Either elbow grease (the spray, not hard work) although test on an inconspicuous area first, or sponge clean with good old fairy liquid.
