Useful app recommendations

I’m wondering if anyone can share any useful apps that make their family or work life easier?
For some reason I find the calendar on my iPhone really basic and doesn’t help me organise my days as I find it easy to miss stuff (I love a colour code!). We currently use a family wall calendar that’s colour coded but as I’m self employed and use my phone to book clients in I need a diary I can use on the go instead of waiting till I go home to check my wall calendar like it’s 1989!

also just to add I currently us my iPhone calendar too and it does work ok. I have set up different coloured calendars which are shared with my husband so we can both see. One for each family member (including the dog when he was with us). I’ve also got “household” which is means for any plans with involve all four of us.

so when you add a new event just select the relevant calendar and it all shows up colour coded. Maybe setting it up with your own colour coded approach is all you need to do…

also, if your looking at one day at a time, turn phone horizontal to see the whole week at once.
