Minky heated airer, what am i doing wrong?

I have the type with wings, loads of good reviews on argos, i think its utterly crap! Only drys if you have 2 or 3 smallish things and they have to be laid flat. If i put my 3 month olds grows on it will only dry the part thats been on the bar and ive even left it on for 6plus hours just to see if leaving on longer does the trick and its doesn't.

Am i doing something wrong or is just rubbish?

Any tips or tricks?

Not what you’ve asked but do you have a dehumidifier? I find that helps speed up inside laundry drying more than anything else.

I think you are supposed to dry things flat-and can pile them up, rather than hang them on the bars.

Either one you've just washed or a spare one

Smallest stuff at the bottom. Biggest stuff at the top - making a tent almost.
We've found stuff dries best if you hang it over 2 bars - so air can get between the layers.
Smallest room you have. Windows closed.
