Non metal knife to use with non stick pie dish

I've got into pie making this year ( so much for losing the Christmas weight). I've got a swanky new non stick pie dish and I'm looking for a knife suitable to use with it to cut the pie to serve it. Not found anything useful yet. Has anyone got any ideas?

I use a silicon spatula

I have a plastic pie slice (triangular with a serrated edge)
