Very banal post but we need to buy a decent carpet cleaner. We only have x1 main carpeted rooms - large lounge, x1 bedroom and stairs/upstairs carpeted. The downstairs carpet is cream and the main access point to patio garden doors (installed by previous owner with no kids!) so not practical at all. I don't want to keep hiring a rug doctor, but likewise, I don't have a house full of carpet - so don't think we need a premium machine in a cost of living crisis. Can anyone recommend a solid upright carpet cleaner? Otherwise rest of the house is tile and laminate. Thanks
