Bissell Crosswave or similar

I have been looking to replace my old steam mop and awful Dyson with a 3 in 1.

Has anyone got any advice on the Bissell Crosswave or the Shark equivalent?

How much faff are they with the rollers?

I am looking as well hoping someone has experience of either Crosswave or one of the robo mop/hooover combinations like the Eufy.

Dyson have brought out their first mop/hoover combination in the US/Auz which will attach to the new cordless V15 but not available in UK as yet so I think our only option for an upright cordless is the Bissell

I have dogs so hoover/mop in one would be AMAZING!!

I have had both, firstly the Crosswave - this 'lived' for about 3 years which given that most of the house is tiled and we have dogs is far enough. What I liked about it was that the rollers have lines of harder bristles which help scrub the floor. Our tiles are textured (which I would never have again) and I would have really liked the option to change to a roller which was just bristles really. When it gave up, I moved to a VAX one power glide as it is cordless. I've had this about a year and although it is easier to use without a lead, and works better than any steamer or manual mop on my floor, I would say for textured tiles the Crosswave was better. In the last house I had a Shark steamer (the one that flips over) - it was powerful but no good at all at getting 'into' the dips and pockets on a textured tile. Hope that helps!

We have the bissell and it is great, hard floors plus dog = very dirty floors! Had steam mops previously and they aren’t a patch on it.

I am tempted by the eufy robot mop/vacuum, though, as the key downside of the bissell is it doesn’t take itself round the room!

Thanks @214 and @SlipperyLizard Good to know.

I like the idea of a robot one, would be great to come home to a clean floor!

My friend loves her Bissell Crosswave more than anything in the world! That’s all I know!
