I own a ground floor flat within a converted house which has been turned into 3 flats . There are 2 ground floor flats and one upstairs.
The lady who owns the flat upstairs has rats in her loft. This is her private space, it is not a shared loft. However she wants to split the cost of the pest control between the 3 flat owners. I don't have rat problem in my flat, should I have to pay towards her pest control bill if they're not affecting me directly?!
