Found the most beautiful pair of boots placed on the street outside someone's house.
Not looking clean and the thought of a dog weeing on them passed my mind !

Best way to clean them for hygiene purposes?
Thanks all

If they weren’t clean, have y taken them off to go inside expecting to put them back on when they come out? Or on the street as in a long way from the door?

Antibac spray on a cloth maybe?

No they were left with some other items , a pair of shoes and a pile of old books . Definitely a "please take" pile. They're not caked in mud , just look very worn . I've found some antifungal spray, thank you!

Saddle soap. Not the glycerine variety though.

Saddle soap or dubbin. I'd me more concerned about the inside though, fungus, verrucae...

Thank you everyone, never heard of saddle soap. I've bought an anti fungal shoe spray so hopefully...
