Homepride Pasta Bake... got distracted and accidentally put the cheese on top at the beginning, instead of after 25 mins. Will it be okay?

Yeah but maybe cover it with foil now to stop it burning, and take it off for the last five minutes.

I always just put it on at the start. Am sure it’ll be fine.

Nineteendays · 08/01/2024 17:16

I always do that. Didn’t know you weren’t meant to

IonaPenis · 08/01/2024 17:22

You can always just put more on at 25 mins. More cheese is OK.

RampantIvy · 08/01/2024 17:28

Of course it will. Lasagne takes longer than that to cook, and it has cheese on it.

PurpleOrchid42 · 08/01/2024 17:36

Yep, it's fine Grin

I would mix it in with the pasta and sauce then make it as usual (adding yet more cheese near the end, I just bloody love cheese!)
