Small duvet covers

Where on earth can I buy these? I can find fitted sheets and have small double duvets (so don't want to use double duvet covers). But I can only find a very limited selection at Dunelm and then some very ones somewhere else. I don't want white: they're for teenagers... Search engines on amazon and Wayfair are useless. Does anyone have any idea?

DS has a small double bed but I bought a double quilt for it partly because I like a bigger quilt and partly because of this reason, the covers seem really hard to buy for small double quilts.

I'd use a double duvet on the 3/4 bed.
Opens up a whole world of covers.

Find someone with a sewing machine who can take a few inches off for you? I've done this for myself a few times when I could only find a king size cover that I liked. Took all of 5 minutes.

Thanks!

Ikea's single duvets are wider than UK standard single duvets. They are 150cm wide (I think UK standard is 135?)
Would the dimensions of their covers fit your duvet?
