Pillow says no washing/ no dry cleaning , only spot cleaning. Ho do I make it fresh and clean. Bough some real nice ones. Don't want to discard. I keep 2 pillow cases on at all times and keep rotating them around wash the cases every 10 days or so. But it still feels dirty.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I put our pillows out when it’s hot (that’s easy here), dry or a good fresh breeze. Quilts too. If you have an undercover space, get them out. Or close off a room with the windows wide open and put them on racks.

What are they made of that you can’t wash them on a hot day?

It just says 100% polyster. And says no washing.

Wash the top pillowcase at least once a week, and use a pillow protector underneath rather than another case.

Ours also say no wash or dry clean. But I gives our a light wipe down with soapy water periodically. Just enough to make the surface damp, then let them air dry.

We use pillow protectors as well as a pillowcase, really helps keep the pillow clean.
