I finally know how to get baby poop stains out!

Maybe everyone already knows, but it's taken me a good 8 months of being a mum to figure out how to get hideous poop stains out of my baby's clothes. Prior to this her pooped on clothes would come out of the wash with horrid yellow stains where the poo had been.

So I thought I'd share the trick someone in baby club told me to avoid getting clothes stained forever.

Run the pooped on clothes under cold water and take off any poop.
Scrub the area with fairy liquid and wash it again with cold water.
Then rub more fairy liquid on the area but this time don't wash it off.
Put clothes in the washing machine and it should come out stain free!

Sunlight is the trick! It naturally bleaches baby poop stains. I first discovered it when I couldn’t work out where a stain had disappeared (I was going to give the item to my Mum to get out, but I washed it beforehand and the stain disappeared as it was drying!). It is like magic 😁.
