Just that really. I want to change careers and would like a part time job like this

Can anyone help or advise me?

Most I know have started as cleaners and then expanded their role. My old cleaner is now a housekeeper/cook (not for me)

Build a reputation for being loyal and trustworthy, having good organisational skills, good timekeeping, patience (you'll need it!) and a sense of humour. Show initiative without being bossy, understand how to be efficient, cultivate good listening skills etc. As pp said, start off as a cleaner then start looking for housekeeping jobs. See if there any courses, especially any that may have a qualification attached. For example, for food hygiene etc.

What kind of tips? Where to find jobs or required skills/traits etc?

I'm a private housekeeper and it's a great job in the right house!
