If you had a chef

I was just thinking how slim Kate is. Do you think she asks for low calorie meals?

If you had a chef , would you ask for 'normal' food like spag bol, curry etc, or would you want the really fancy stuff like lobster and caviar? (Please don't tell me you have lobster and caviar every week).

I would want delicious meals up to a certain number of calories for each meal but I wouldn't be bothered about having expensive ingredients.

For me, the best part would be not being faced with a pile of washing up and a messy kitchen. Like going to a restaurant for every meal.

I don't count calories now, and I wouldn’t if I had a chef. I'd eat a mixture of normal dishes I eat now, and fancier things I cba to make myself. I'd ask for a healthyish menu most of the time, but something indulgent at the weekend.

Healthy food is easy when someone else is making it. All those times I'm ran ragged and exhausted and I settle for something ultra processed or think fuck it and get a takeaway, they would be gone.

I read somewhere that she does low carb when watching her weight (but clearly that could be bollocks)!

I'd probably ask for lower carb and all UPF free meals.

For me, the best part would be not having to think up what to have for lunch/dinner. I'd give the chef a list of everything I like to eat and let them go ahead!

Oh my goodness, wouldn't it be just wonderful to have a private personal chef? < sighing with longing >

I would assume I am loaded with dollar and would have my chef be an expert dietitian who works closely with both my personal trainer and my wellbeing coach, to prepare and serve a highly varied, well-planned and pleasing delectable, global menu of high-quality, organic, seasonal, ethically-sourced, healthily balanced, nutritionally optimised, overwhelmingly vegetarian and vegan, delicious wholefood meals from scratch, every day two or three times a day plus snacks and plenty of food to share with friends and family.

You put this better than I could.
