Any tips for keeping shutter clean please

Just had fitted. No controls so as few fiddly bits as possible.

Thinking I should get some sort of feather duster, but wondered if anyone had any better suggestions.

i close them so the slats are as flat as possible then hoover with the brushy hoover attachment, then flip and hoover the other side. they are a massive pain in terms of cleaning though

Use a sock on your hand and run along the slats. Buy the socks that attract static.

I have big intentions of keeping on top of cleaning them from the start (it probably won't last). I've had Venetians before that ended up being thrown away because they were so hard to clean.

Maybe one of those static dusters advertised on tv might work
