Can someone help me please on how to sort my fridge from getting icy...(integrated fridge/freezer)

Hi..
I emptied fridge and freezer yesterday.
(Ran it down and kept milk in the garden!)

Cleaned , defrosted, including the little duct at the back.

Put it back on
..
Within 3-4 hours ....the back of the fridge is starting to frost /ice over again .

Nothing in freezer ...and just some milk in the fridge .

Is there anything I can more ??

Could it be a door seal problem ?

Is The fridge just not too cold? Adjust the temperature.
Also the freezer will be working really hard, you need to fill the space, even if it’s with inflated bags, empty bottles or polystyrene.

Did you dry the inside before turning it back on ?

I have got the dial to 3 .
I will change it to 5 ?

You need a fridge thermometer really. 3-5 is a big jump and the higher the number the colder it is. 5 is coldest on our fridge. 3 shouldn’t be very cold at all, so it may be because the freezer is empty and it’s struggling to constantly keep it cold.

At least it will give me an idea of what I am doing wrong /what is going on !
