Removing oil from painted wall

I've accidentally sprayed dry oil body spray onto a blue emulsion painted wall. Didn't have any talc so tried putting cornflour on to absorb it - didn't work. Any ideas for me to try please before I paint over it with a stain blocker and re-paint which inevitably won't match the rest of the walls?

I got car oil off a white painted wall with this, might be worth a try.

I've got some of that. Thanks. I've had a look online and washing up liquid is heavily recommended. I'm also wondering about sugar soap.

Washing up liquid would be my go to for any grease or oil stains.
