Steam iron water

Hi , I’m just wondering which type of water do you use in your steam irons please ?Ive ruined so many irons with tap water ,

I use the water collected from my condensing tumble dryer. Water from the dehumidifier works well too.

I have a brita filter tap, so I use that, my steam generator descales itself after so many uses, I live in a hard water area. My iron must be 5 years old now.
