How can I clean this mark from my electric stove top?

Hi gang. Does anyone have any tips for removing this stain from my stove top? It’s as clean as a whistle - there’s nothing for me to scrape off. I have tried fairy liquid, barkeepers friend, leaving vinegar on it, and baking soda. Nothing has worked :(

The flat is rented so I obviously want to keep the hob looking as good as possible. The other rings are super clean. Do you have any recommendations for products to clean/polish this? Thank you!

Sorry, nevermind me… didn’t read your post properly.

I use a Brillo pad on my ceramic hob. Test a little corner first though as not all hobs are equal. But mine looks similar to yours. Use it gently though. Nothing escapes my Brillo pad.

Like a runny cream you pour on them I used to get a dry cloth and rub it in a circular motion until dirt came off them wipe over with a damp cloth.

I've got a scraper thing, like this. They're cheaper at Amazon, works a treat, that would get it off. I also use HG's ceramic hob cleaner, the cream one.

Try rubbing a dishwasher tablet over it, with just a drop of water.
