Can someone provide advice on installing a Lamona oven in Howdens kitchen cabinets? I understand that surfaces and materials need to be heat resistant, and the cabinets must be set level. Also, if there's a drawer beneath the oven, a shelf installation is required. Looks to be a fairly standard installation. What exactly are you struggling with? Do you have the oven unit to fit it into?

I couldn't see from the spec whether it had a 3 pin plug, or if it had to be wired to a spur. As long as you have the relevant electrician qualification if you are undertaking works that require such, then it doesn't look difficult.

I haven’t but I do remember this thread from a couple of years ago, so make sure you get someone properly qualified to do it

That link says it should be fitted by a qualified electrician so I wouldn't attempt it myself

Also poor fitting of the oven into the unit by the kitchen fitters.
