Sofa help!!!

Hello mumsnetters,

not sure if anyone can offer any advice or tips, I have a fairly newish sofa , was purchased about a year ago from a large well known furniture store. It is charcoal grey in colour. Unfortunately I have now noticed that some of the cushions on the back and top have now faded to a purple ish colour. I took out insurance with it at the time as I have young children. Unfortunately this is not covered . Is there anything I can do ? Thank you

Well you could swap around the cushions till they are faded all the same, or go back to the shop.

Check your receipt and look at their terms of contract on their website.

I managed to get a replacement set of loose covers free when the original ones faded really badly.

The Sale Of Goods Act used to cover this.
