Heat pump tumble dryer for outside annex

We need a new tumble dryer. The space we have for it is an outside annex, where the boiler is. So it's obviously not heated but the boiler generates a little bit of heat so it's never very very cold either. I would say it doesn't get below maybe 8-10C. Would a heat pump tumble dryer be a really bad idea? Our current condenser one that just broke down also took a lot longer in the winter, maybe up to 3 hours, and it wasn't too much of an issue...

Have done this on Monday never thought about the outside temperature. Hope it is OK.

My sister had one but because where she had it was unheated it took a long time to get enough heat to start drying and so each load took a long time. My parents now have it and it on in their heated bathroom and they find it works well for them.
From what I know, air pump dryers draw the heat from the room to dry the clothes, so if the room is cold that will take time.
We have a condenser dryer in our unheated utility room which works well, though I only use it for towels now.

Missed these responses! Just to update that we decided to buy one and so far it's drying a lot quicker thann our previous condenser one. Very pleased!

@LaCerbiatta What one did you go for as we need a new tumbler dryer but it's in our kitchen, which isn't exactly warm.
