Neighbour smokes weed!

New neighbours have moved in and they smoke weed - grand, couldn’t care about that. What I do care about is the smell that is now wafting about my downstairs!

Any ideas of how to cover/ eliminate the smell?

There's a specific Febreze that's called something like 0%, I find it works when my idiot neighbour does the same.

Do they smoke inside or out? If outside you could politely ask them to do it further away from the house.

You could ask him to use a smoke buddy or other similar filter.

You could call the police and have them raided...

Im pretty sure they’re smoking mostly inside only seen them out to let the dog out.

No advice but blech! Good luck with febreeze but it’s such a strong smell to get rid of

Sorry to be contrary but I wouldn't fill my house with chemicals (Febreze) because of another's actions. A quick Google will tell you that Febreze contains chemicals that can irritate eyes and lungs and is linked to asthma. It's probably more damaging that the weed smoke!
Our neighbours installed a pizza oven and the smoke kept blowing in to our house. We had a polite word with them and they created some sort of chimney that directed the smoke away from our house. So can't you have a word with your neighbour? Don't mention weed but say their smoke's coming in to the house and could they smoke around the other side? Surely they'll be fine with it. You could always say you have asthma or something and are very sensitive to smoke.

I wouldn’t spray those chemicals from Frebreze around. Ask them to go outside; and get windows open.

Share your pain..... both side neighbours smoke/grow the smell is very very unpleasant.

Such a shame as they are lovley neighbours but the weed smells just seeps into my upstairs through the attached roof spaces, or wafts into the air Brick vents when next door smokes so the smell doesn't go in their house

We have to tumble dry everything as anything left hanging about smells of weed, so wash tumble dry put straight away in wardrobes. Kids bedroom doors always shut.. or their uniforms start to smell of weed.

Just when you settle down for the evening the smell just hits and there is no getting away from it.
(Police really could not care any less)
