Looking for your quick & easy evening meals please. Not meal prepping/frozen etc, but simple meals to cook fresh on the day. We have a fair few but hoping to add some variety.
Will share one of our favourites - chicken tray bake with cheesy mash. Chicken, pepper, cherry tomatoes & red onion with some seasoning and mash with soft cheese through it. Few minutes chopping at the start & few minutes making the mash at the end. In between time to tidy kitchen etc while keeping an eye on the tatties.
