Anybody have any tips on maintaining a busy household of 2 adults and 6 children? Its so overwhelming obe room to another and pick up as you go along is hard with having 3 kids under 5. I just dont know where to start somedays !!

Delegate!

Low standards

outsource things you can afford

get rid of half your stuff

good storage solutions

scan paperwork onto phone and bin

Thank you both for the ideas i appreciate your replys im gonna have a huge clear out and go from there i do need storage to im going to have a look for offers on this over the weekend im thinking maybe ikea or b&m

Have the clear out first and you might find you already have enough storage. If you do need to buy anything then it will be perfect for the items you have decided to keep. Often we buy too much storage and it takes up valuable space in rooms housing things we don't really need.

Agree with the above, do the declutter before buying any storage. You don't want to spend money storing stuff you don't actually need. Good luck!

Yeah this ideas sound really good thank you. Were a family of 8 and 3 bedrooms so i think a declutter is really needed be nice just to have a little space for everything but yep definitely need the declutter first

Declutter anything that your youngest child has grown out of first, as there's nobody younger to "inherit " their clothes and toys.

Definitely don’t buy more storage, Declutter first, put everything into its place that you want to keep and go from there.
