Fleas

Don't have any pets but have recently been in houses where there are cats and dogs.
I've been bitten across my instep and ankles and the bites are very itchy.

I've just seen a flea jump onto my arm so know they're in my flat.

I've vacuumed the carpets, sofa etc.

What else can I do to get rid?

Indorex is what you need for the house. Follow the instructions and hoover twice a day for a few days.

It should be relatively easy to resolve if you don't have a pet bringing the little buggers in.
