Where do you keep your bread?

I keep mine in a plastic bag, closed with a clip, hanging on a hook in the kitchen. However I am looking for a classier storage option. I hate those long bread bins with the lid that flips up BTW.

Where do you keep yours?

In the freezer and get it out as I need it.

In a bread bag on a hook in the kitchen. Not much surface space for clutter in my kitchen. Keeps the bread fresh for ages.

In a knackered old enamel bread bin I bought at an auction, with 'bread' on the side!
