Mould on bottom of drainer

I’ve got a plastic drainer and cutlery drainer. Both of them are continuously getting black mould in the bottom, I’m now having to wash them daily.
Is there anything else I can use where I won’t get this problem ?
I thought about getting a metal drainer, but assume it will just go rusty.

Try HG mould remover spray.
Brilliant stuff which costs around £5.00 a bottle but will last for ages and should keep your drainer mould free for quite a while.

So it helps to prevent it coming back ? That’s what I need.

It won't stop it completely but should certainly delay it.

I have been using this in my shower cubicle at home for years. Once I spot any black mould I give it a quick spray and find it doesn't return again for ages.

Well worth trying.👍

I have a stainless steel drainer from Lakeland which doesn't rust. Not sure if they still do them but it's great.
