Embarrassing but…

So I’m nearly due to have my baby.. discovered around 2 weeks ago I have a hemmoroid or what felt like it, anyway..

I’ve notice that after using the the toilet for a poo, I have to wipe and wipe and wipe for ages, I also used a wet wipe today the flushable ones when I get back home or use the toilet again, I’m finding little balls of toilet roll in my clothes. My question is… I don’t want to go picking all of this out because gross and not as easy as you’d expect. If I was to put these in the washing machine, would the machine Kill all germs and get rid of the bits of toilet roll. I’m OCD and this is just another thing to add to my list of things to worry about. My concern is washing them and then putting say all my t shirts in the next wash and getting old tissue on them or germs.

Washing would kill the germs but please don't flush wipes down the toilet. There is no such thing as a flushable wipe.

If the balls of tissue are tiny, they may get washed away. But then again, they may end up in your filter.

Agree with @OnAFrolicOfMyOwn , the flushable wipes aren’t really flushable.

Could you keep a supply of nappy bags in your bathroom so that you can put the used wipes in there and stick them in the bin? Or maybe have a set of cloths or flannels that you can put on a hot wash afterwards?

I don’t normally use them, literally had to the last two days.. I can’t stand the tiny tissue

Use them but put them in the bin.

Get a water bottle that you can squirt at your bum and then use a little liquid soap on loo roll. Or there's a new product that does that although I forget the name.
