100% cotton, quite a stiff thick fabric. I wore it once and washed at 30 as per instructions. It is covered in these white streaks and blotches. Initially I though I overloaded the washing machine and the washing powder didn't rinse properly but just washed it again, at 40 and with different detergent, and no change! It looks dirty, like it's covered in a sediment but none of it is rubbing off. It looks a lot worse that in the photos. What else can I do? Can dry cleaning help? I can't wear it as it is so happy to try something extreme.
