Brand new oven stopped working

My partner defrosted our fridge freezer last night. Emptied it out, pulled it from the wall and switched it off etc. Then had it back in again by end of the night. The fridge was here when we moved in so I believe it's fairly old, it freezers over a lot.

The oven was very old and damaged when we moved in so we got a new bosch one in March. It has been working perfect since we got it. No issues at all.

Since last night when my partner defrosted the fridge the oven has stopped working. The don't connect from the same outlet or anything. The fridge freezer has it own separate plug. Partner has pulled out the oven and had a look but can't see anything wrong.

It's unusual that the oven has just stopped working when it's brand new essentially. We use it a normal amount once maybe twice a day. Does anybody have any ideas what could have happened? We are trying to contact the company but they aren't answering.

Have you checked that the fuse hasn't tripped?

Does the oven have a plug or is it hardwired? If a plug, have you tried something else in the socket? (I think it should be hardwired, but double checking.)

@hedgehoglurker it's hardwired and the fuse hasn't tripped or anything! It's so strange. We only bought it in March! It's a 2 year warranty so hopefully they can sort it put but just very unusual

My oven doesn't work if the clock isn't set. I thought it was broken but I just needed to set the clock.

It’s probably just coincidence it happened the same day the fridge was defrosted. Glad it is under warranty, you are doing what I would have suggested.

Could be a fused spur switch for the oven that's been accidentally turned off if behind fridge freezer

It's completely off, like nothing on the control at all.. my partner is going away tomrrow on a stag do for the weekend and I'll be home with my 3.5 and 1.5 year and now no oven. No airfryer or anything else

There is usually a wall master switch to turn the oven on or off. These are usually near the oven on the wall above the counter.

Yes the master switch is on, tried turning it off and on but didn't work. I'm not sure what the spur switch is but I'll mention it to partner! Thanks everyone for the help. Everything else is working including the stove which is gas and all other appliances working except the oven!
