Food shopping list

Hi, just wondered if anyone has any good apps or anything they use for their weekly foodshop list? My husband works shifts so I have to be fairly organised with meals, I’d like to be able to plan 4 weeks ahead and then have a quick list he can access when doing the food shop, has anyone got any recommendations? Thank you :-)

We use Our Groceries for both the shopping list and meals planned for the week. We can both add to it.

Paper and pen to plan meals based on what needs to be used in fridge, freezer or cupboard, then list all the ingredients I'll need for each. I'll put these into categories based on where to find them in the supermarket (fruit/veg, chilled, cupboard etc) within either iPhone or Google notes, which you can share with your other half, so anyone can add to the list or tick.stuff off. Found it much better than having a specific app.

Anylist syncs with Alexa ... I like being able to just tell her to add something to my list.

I also do an online shop every few days - normally 5-6. A week is too long but 3-4 days isn't long enough to get it up to £40. Check fridge and add butter, cheese, fruit, veg and anything else on Anylist.

I used to use it when I did more supermarkert shops too. You could just use the Alexa app, but Anylist sorts into categories.
