When my machine stopped sucking up water, I tried every way to contact Vax. It was absolutely impossible so I have watched videos and read other peoples comments, but still after trying everything. I’ve had absolutely no luck at all. In fact, it has absolutely ruined one of my Carpets. I am at my wits end.
